I will say it like this. MY KITTEN is only 7 months ancient and he’s too huge to fight in this condo. There’s nowhere for him to sit on it. It’s fantastic for maybe mice to play on but there’s no room for the cat…….hmmmmmm could have fooled me but it’s a kitty condo right?

My kitten LIKES her new condo. Sturdy, simple to assemble and a perfect size. I recommend not giving kitty the yarn toy that comes with it. My cat ruined both of them very quickly and I had to keep pulling the yarn pieces out of her mouth so she wouldn’t choke. I attached a more indestructible cat toy to the elastic and she likes it. My cat always sleeps in the small tunnel on the top. Over all a fantastic buy!

The downside is in the color and company return policy.

When we initially received the condo scratching post we chose we were going to return it because the shade of blue was not what we expected. The quality of the carpet and materials is also not as excellent as other similar products you can buy, but it is cheaper. When we attempted to send the product back, we found out that we had to pay for shipping (around $20.) We felt the company’s return policy was rather poor. Companys such as Drs. Foster & Smith will send free shipping marks if the customer is not satisfied, regardless of the reason. And, Drs. Foster & Smith has a 6 month product guarantee which is nice. Anyway, we opted to keep the Armarkat post (for another room) and buy a better one from Drs. Foster & Smith. Also, the Armarkat post is fine for small kittens/cat, but would not suit a larger cat. We have 3.5 month ancient Maine Coon kittens and they are already too large to fit into the condo.
